The electric blankets on the beds worked well.
Upon arrival, we faced confusion regarding our cabin location due to poor signage. The cabin was not cleaned properly, with leftover food remnants found in the kitchen. The key to our cabin didn't work initially, and the maintenance staff was unhelpful and dismissive during the process.

Wanted to explore Eden and this hotel was convenient base for doing it. The setting was amazing, so close to the main Shopping Area of Eden as well as the beach across the road. We stayed here for 2 nights, it was perfect for us.

Particularly good and stunning location, to Eden township. Outstandingly accommodating, affable staff towards all guests. Amazingly comfortable unit with a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges.

They offered well-equipped and spotless rooms with kitchenette, couch plus a double bed. The location was favourable and magnificent, just next door to beaches in Pambula and Mirumbula. The staff was friendly, so I would stay there again.

Fun for the kids with clean cabins
We had a blast with the kids at the jumping pillow and playground, which they loved. The cabin we stayed in was well-kept and comfortable. The cleanliness of the kitchen items could use some improvement, as we found some dishes didn't meet our standards.
